Isy and Sarah are the best physical therapists I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had chronic neck and back pain for years and just the very first session with them made a major difference. I’ve now been going regularly and my pain levels have dropped from being constantly excruciating to barely noticeable. I couldn’t move my neck more than 45 degrees to the left for over 5 years and Sarah shoved her thumb in my shoulder blade, wiggled things around (obviously the method has a more technical, medical term than “wiggle”) and low and behold I had full mobility. FULL. Instantly. Maybe she’s secretly a magician. I first met Isy a few years ago when my son had problems with his back which she worked on. This year I had acute pain in my knee so immediately thought of Isy and booked into see her. Posting for somene not on facebook : I had wonderful holiday in Fuengirola early March. Prior to going on holidays I had a lot of discomfort in my neck. I had not seen a physio as advised as I hoped winter sun would help. Having arrived in Fuengirola my neck actually got worse, probably from flight as well as posture when reading. I went on the internet and found Elite Performance Therapy and requested an appointment. Next day I was contacted by Isy and appointment was arranged. I met Isy and had my first session. It was thorough and good. A second session was arranged prior to me coming home. The customer service between sessions was very professional where Isy was in daily contact enquiring how I was and asking how I was feeling and how were the exercises going. My neck improved after first session and is now much improved after second session. I have been home for 7 days and have played pain free golf for the last 2 days. I can now enjoy golf again! I would like to thank Isy for her great, professional work during the therapy sessions and her kindness post these sessions.
