My name is Abbey Gittings and I am an English PGA professional coaching at Marbella Golf Country Club.
Having played US college golf for Nova Southeastern University in Florida, I became an Individual National Champion in 2013 and won 3 National Championships with my team. Turning professional in 2013 I then played 3 years on the LET Access series with my highest finished placing 6th.
My coaching journey began in 2016 and I have enjoyed teaching all abilities and all ages since then. I offer individual coaching packages, weekly junior individual & group coaching, plus weekly ladies group coaching.
My approach to coaching, no matter the age, is learning the game through a mixture of technique and on course methods. From my time as a player in America, I learnt that as much as technique is important, it is just as important, if not more important, to be able to get around the golf course and make a score.
Golf has, and always will be my passion. I love coaching golf, and I look forward to helping more people with their golf game!
LADIES ACADEMY COACHING
What is the Ladies Academy?
The Ladies Academy is all about helping ladies to play, learn and grow their game, and all the while having as much fun as possible doing it!
You’ll learn everything about the game, from putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and course management to fitness, wellness and psychology. You will be helped in building consistency, along with how to record playing performance and progress along the way.
The Ladies Academy consists of both Group Coaching and Individual Coaching.
